Ok, everyone was so great last time I needed help with ideas so I thought I would ask again.

I've been asked to make a cake for about 50 people. She wants is 2 tier, stacked. She wants red, white and blue and also wants yellow tied in somehow. Like for a yellow ribbon.

She said something about the cake being iced in yellow buttercream with a fondant flag draped on it. I'm not sure that would look very good. Thats just something she was trying to think of but whatever I wanted.

I greatly appreciate any help!

Thanks,
Michelle

Hi !

The whole time I was reading your post, I was thinking about a 2-tier red white & blue with a fondant yellow ribbon draped around the middle!

My idea was to do a slab cake iced with the flag, then you could use the new Wilton ribbon pan and place it on top iced yellow, two tier, flag and ribbon.
