1st thought---

how to find a parking spot in DC (as if!)

map of subway system -- how to get to your new job.

cubicle -- Welcome to you new home

piles on piles of papers ---> Push here!

water cooler all warped in red tape, all kinds of form attached, warning signs --- Gov's version of the watering hole

Make a folder with papers that have huge black blocks, like where all of the information was blacked out.

I guess it depends on the sense of humor.

The dept of interior has a fun logo with a bison on it. Maybe an edible image of the logo (or BC transfer) with lettering to welcome her...
