Hey, folks. I made my first batch of MMF, let it sit overnight and then tried rolling it out and playing with it. As I'm rolling out, when I try to rotate it on the countertop a 1/4 turn, it begins to stretch as soon as I start to pick it up. Is it too soft? Should I knead in more powdered sugar? It's VERY hot and humid here in Miami right now, though I put it in the fridge for a while and the same thing happens. Thanks for the help!

Yup, spounds like it to me, try kneading in more powdered sugar... it should feel like Play-Do.

I would add more powdered sugar. If it does that when you just pick it up imagine what it would do if you tried to cover a cake with it.
