I have two pans that make mini-sized bundt cakes. One pan is Wilton's Dimensions Mini-Hearts pan, the other is a Nordic Ware. Both say they are 6 cup capacity. If you fill each well to the top, each one holds a cup of batter.

I don't have instructions for either one of them, and I'm assuming that these work like regular cake pans - lube 'em up, fill them halfway full, and bake them in a pre-heated oven.

Does anyone know how long these should take to bake? Each cake will start with about a half cup of batter, so they'll be larger than a cupcake. And since the pans are heavy duty (almost like cast iron), I'm guessing the bake time will be a bit longer than cupcakes would be.

I'd appreciate whatever suggestions you guys have. Thanks.

If they are a dark coated pan it will take a little longer. Most cupcakes take about 25 minutes to bake, so it shouldn't take much more than that, that is if you are baking at 350. Also dark pans tend to burn your product more so be sure to watch your stuff.I have some of those mini pans that have the darker coating and I bake on 325.
