How do you keep the cupcakes from slipping off the boards. I am just going to arrange them in a circle on a board and then ice the entire top of them to look like a baseball but how do I keep them from moving??

try a dab of BC under the cupcakes, that should do the trick!

try cutting a piece of non skid shelf liner the size you need. place cupcakes on top. they will not move. i use this all the time, especially in my car when i don't want stuff sliding around...... thumbs_up.gif

I don't think the shelf liner is food safe. I put BC under them.. or royal.. depending on what's in a bag and closest to me.. LOL.

Hola,

I do this too but only on the outer most cupcakes. The ones in the middle are held in by the ones "glued down" on the outside.

Yes and a dab of buttercream will glue them to the board.

Yes, keep them in the paper liners. I use the buttercream to hold mine too. It's gonna turn out cute!!

I would agree with the butter cream thing. That is what I do when I make cupcake cakes. They don't move then and mess up the whole thing on you.
