What is the best website for cake toppers? I am looking for little dogs to put on a cake.

Have you looked in any dollar stores or the toy sections of any store? You can find all kinds of neat stuff there, they might even have little containers full of dogs, kind of like the toy soldiers.
What kind of dogs are you looking for?

My daughter saw these little dogs in birthday express. They have bones on their collars. They are cute, but they are 5.99 for three, and I need about 20. Any kind of dog--just as long as they are small and cute.

Michaels sells plastic tubes of toys -- knights & dragons, horses, dinosaurs, farm animals, etc. Perhaps they have dogs? It's called a "Toob"
