I found a set of liquid food coloring (by Mccormick, I think) that had four NEON colors in it. The purple is the exact color of Barney! In order to get it rich enough in color, its gonna thin out your frosting, so add some extra cornstarch or sugar to compensate. The green is just kelly green.
If you look in my photos, I made a ton of Barney cookies. Check out those neon colors at the grocery store. I think Walmart carries them also. They have a fall set of colors, too.
