Hi all,
I was wondering if someone out there had a great banana cake recipe to share. I wouldl love a recipe that is not too sweet, fluffy, not too dense and would taste great with chocolate ganache covering it. I want to make a 3 layered cake.

PS I wish the recipe section allowed comments. I would like to know what makes a cake a one star and one that is a lucky 5 star (so few).

Any scratch banana cake I have ever made is always very dense and heavy. So a couple of weeks ago I made a DH banana cake with banana pudding mix and the cake mix extender using banana flavoring and it was delicious!!!!! So if it doesn't have to be scratch this might work. Good luck!!
