Having A Really Hard Time!

ME AGAIN!

I'm having a really hard time trying to size the picture I need without it looking distorted. It is not a photograph it is an image. I'm really getting frustrated. I have Paint Shop Pro X so if anyone can help me at all I would really appreciate it!

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you for some reason I am not getting notified when someone posts and I do have it "marked" to notify me........anyways, yes Lisa I am trying to enlarge the pictures but it just gets kind of blurry not nice and sharp.

It's for a cake........
