HI

I was reading Boween's topic on how to do edible image plaques and am wondering if anyone knows how she gets them to stand up on the cake?

once they're dry u can stick a lollypop stick to the back with royal icing and then insert into the cake

I use bamboo skewers--they are thinner but strong.
