i use 1 egg white, a tad of lemon juice, then just add PS slowly until you reach the consistency you need. i've done this a lot, and it works great. i never need a tone of RI at once so this is the only way i do it. sorry there's no measurements, but if you've made RI icing before, you should know what to look for! ![]()
