Is there a recipe for a small amount of royal icing? Or one that could easily be divided down?

I don't have enough sugar to make 2lbs of it and I only need a tiny bit.

thanks!!

i use 1 egg white, a tad of lemon juice, then just add PS slowly until you reach the consistency you need. i've done this a lot, and it works great. i never need a tone of RI at once so this is the only way i do it. sorry there's no measurements, but if you've made RI icing before, you should know what to look for! thumbs_up.gif

Thanks! It worked perfectly as far as I can tell. I think I put a little too much PS, but that's because I seriously have a problem with eyeballing stuff icon_lol.gif
