I found this site a little while ago. It has some great "how to" examples.

i like step by step instructions with pictures! but she makes the "how to cover a cake in sugarpaste" look so easy! i ALWAYS get folds in the sides or creases, how the heck do i get them out? i do it every time! and round the top edges they begin to stretch and get pull marks and tears on it! someone please message me!
