You could check the galleries and PM the ones that made one.
Hi here is a link that might help you. I use the lids you get at the gas stations for drinks like the Slurpees at 7-11 they are domed shaped or you could use the 3d ball pan. Hope this helps http://www.sugarcraft.com/catalog/gumpaste/bradirections.htm
