I think it is on the second page called Fondant Gerbera Daisies.
Hope this helps

I highly recommend this gerbera cutter made by PME. It cuts and veins the petal at the same time: http://globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=17424

Also, I highly suggest getting the Cake Craft Guide Issue 2 Wedding cakes and sugar Flowers (got mine from globalsugarart.com) It has a cake in there where she made very very realistic gerber daisies. She used the cutter from PME also in it, the center from FMM I believe also. And then she did some other single cutting that fringes the inner flower.

For the centers, I recommend this set by JEM: http://globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=17043
