Hi, I have to do a cake in a couple of weeks with a cascade of roses/callas down the side. Could someone please advise how to do this? I will be covering my cakes in fondant and will be using gumpaste roses which will be on wires...unless the wires are a bad idea??

Is there a trick to putting gumpaste flowers on that start at the top of the cake and kind of curve down to the bottom? Do you attach the flowers together and then put them on? or do you put them on one at a time?
