I came across a good deal on cantaloupes, and love the flavor, but does anyone have any ideas what else to do with them besides eat fresh.... I mean, has anyone heard of cake or filling or frosting using them?
I just this minute got finshed pureeing 20 cups of cantaloupe (some to freeze!) to make cantaloupe bread and cantacloupe cream pie!!
Not cake related, but you can make cantaloupe ice with them.
