I have an order for red velvet cake, only he wants something called "RPM icing" has anyone ever heard of this?? He said "its not that sickly sweet stuff, kinda whipped" Any ideas?? Thanks!

maybe its really fast icing? (you know, RPMs) Maybe you whip it up really fast?

I've used the "White Mountain" frosting listed here on CC on the red velvets.

It's nowhere near as sweet as most other frostings, and it has amazing coverage for the darker color cakes like red velvet.

And it's whipped.
