What kind of fondant do you use? I use Satin Ice, and it's white!

I use Satin Ice and it is white but put next to this topper which is brilliant white it looks more creamy. I am kind of in a panic anyway because I have yet to figure out how to secure the topper to a fondant cake. It is a ceramic topper with no opening in the bottom. I am afraid if someone would knock the table it would topple over.

don't worry about the differnce in shade. There are loads of differnt shades of white and you'll never get 2 the same. to secure just put a cople of small blobs of royal underneath the topper and it should hold fine

Thank you so much for the advice about the topper and the white cake. I feel a whole lot better now.
