I'm not sure if this is the right category for this or not, but I have searched and searched for Rich's Bettercream and can not find it, does anyone have the recipe?

Have you tried your local Sam's Club? Not sure if you have one in your area but all I did was ask someone at the bakery if they have it. They said yes and quoted me a price and went and got it for me out of their freezer. If this doesn't help then at least it bumps you to the top.

I agree Sam's Club is the place to go. The sell it by the big large bucket ready whipped for about $25, just walk up to the bakery and ask for it. If they tell you they can't, talk to the store manager and they will order extras in their next shipment for you.

Good Luck!! Keep on baking!! thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif
