Hello!

I'm heading back to NYC and am wondering if anyone can recommend some places for cake decorating classes...other than wilton method. I'm looking to learn new and exciting tricks of the cake decorating world.

Scott Clark Wooley, Ron Ben-Israel, Collette Peters and Toba Garrett are some of the designers that teach classes in NYC.

I'm not sure if Sylvia Weinstock teaches classes, but she is in NYC, too.

That must have been so great taking a class from Bonnie! Her cakes are amazing!!!
