Hello All!
I was just curious how many servings everyone gets out of their sheetcakes. I want to update my price list for my cakes and want to adjust the servings sizes for my sheetcakes. I need servings for 9"x13", 11"x15", & 12"x18". I just make them a single 2" layer usually with no filling. Also, what size piece do you get with the servings you use.
Thank you in advance,
Heather

Heather, I have just been asked to do a sheet cake, which I have not done before. Would you mind sharing what you charge for a 9x 13 or 11x 15 single layer?

Thank you! Marie

Hi Marie,
Well, I charge $25.00 for a 9"x13", $35.00 for an 11"x15", & $45.00 for a 12"x18". DecoPac sets (the little plastic sets of different characters) are extra. I usually just add the cost of them to the cake since I can't get them at wholesale prices. Filling is extra and any fondant or gumpaste decorations are also extra.
HTH,
Heather

This is what I go by but frankly when I eat cake I want a good size slice and in my opinion these slices are pretty darn small.

9x13- 20 slices (or 12 at my house icon_biggrin.gif)
12x18- 36 slices

I don't have an 11x15 pan.

I do one layer but I do torte them and fill with buttercream usually because I like frosting in the middle.
