i refrigerated the chocolate mmf. and i just got it out of the fridge to start working with it, but it's so hard. how long does it take to soften up a bit? i only have 1 hour to get the cake finished and am franticicon_sad.gif

you may pop it in the microwave for a couple of seconds to speed the softening up a bit, but be careful to not over do it, or you will burn yourself and it will be too soft to work with. Only a few seconds at a time.

i did use the microwave. thanks. it softened it, but the cmmf did not turn out at allicon_sad.gif
