How does one post pictures? I already hav ethem in my computer. NOTE: Electronics are not my thing, so can you dumb it down a bit?

Look on the mid-top of the,home page above the Forum box where it welcomes you when your logged on you will see...

Feel free to submit your recipes, "upload your photos", and post in the forums.
You click "Up Load Your Photos" and follow the directions it gives you on that page.
