Can any one help me with servings? Wedding cake for a 100 people saving top tier. I would also love to have an accurate serving chart if anyone can help. Thanks

I use the Wilton chart. It can be found at http://www.wilton.com/wedding/cakeinfo/cakedata.cfm
It also has handy info on how much batter to use per pan.
