Hi everyone, icon_lol.gif

I was reading the posts this morning and saw that someone uses a mousseline buttercream from the cake mix bible. I thought, ok..I'll just pull mine out and look at this recipe. I can't find it in my book!! icon_cry.gif

Are there other versions of the bible? If not, can someone please please pretty please..post this recipe? I did a search for it in cc's recipes as well, and no such luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the cake bible? Mousseline buttercream is a merengue base buttercream.

Just put it in your search engine and it should lead you to Baking911. Rose Levy Birenbaum the author of The Cake Bible also has a blog. Real Baking with Rose. Don't know if it's there or not. This is a scratch recipe book. The Mouselline BC is one of the best.
