Does anyone know how many a half sheet cake feeds for a side cake at a wedding. I know I can look up the feedings for the main cake, but have'nt yet found a place to tell the servings for a wedding side half sheet.
It will be double layered.

simple:

how big the slices???

example:

12x18 inch half sheet.

now if we say 2x2 slices -- then

12 / 2 = 6
and
18/2 = 9

so 6 x 9 slices = 54 servings.

if we say 2x1.5 --- then

12/2 = 6 (somethings never change --thankfully!)

18/1.5 = 12

so 6x12 = 72

---
so forth and so on

----

guess we DO need basic math after all.

for wedding the sheet is
9x13=65 people 3in or 2 layer
11x15=90 people 3in or 2 layer
12x18=108 people 3in or 2 layer

the sheet can be is you use only one layer that the half of number of people
