Good Morning All cakebakers
I have a question for all , i had some left over icing, so i decided to make Roses with what was left and im drying them now can these be frozen and for how long, Thanks for any info and will they taste good after thawing.

Freeze away! You can keep frozen BC roses for several months - you can take them directly from the freezer and place on your cake with no problems.

I have frozen roses before, but I can't tell you how long they stay good. I usually use mine within the week, so I can't help there. I've never had any complaints so far on taste.
