Is Strawberry Creamcheese Filling Ok To Let Sit Overnite?

I have never done a cream cheese filling. If I am puting the cakes together the day before the wedding, will the strawberry cream cheese filling still be ok?

Hi and welcome! You need to refridgerate the cake until you deliver and set up. It should be fine after set up and until they cut and serve.

Should be refrigerated, besides cream cheese is already a soft icing, by leaving it out if will soften more. As hot as it has been that is one icing that heat loves to destroy.
