You usually use spritz cookies in the cookie press. Below is the recipe we usually make with the cookie press, but there is tons of them out there with other flavors. Have you looked in one of the yearbooks or on the Wilton website for what recipe they recommend?

Spritz Cookies

1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter
2 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
5 cups flour (may need less)
1 tsp orange juice
2 tsp orange rind

Cream sugar and butter until creamy. Add egg yolks, salt, baking powder, orange juice, orange rind, and flour.

Push through cookie press on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375* until golden brown.

We make this at Christmas. We usually add some red and green sprinkles to the tree and other shapes. On the wreath shapes we use cut up candy cherries in the middle. You can also use M&Ms on the wreath shapes.
