Slow Shipping From Dallas Foam?

Has anyone else had this problem? I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten anything. I just emailed them on the status, no reply yet (it's sunday). Or does anyone know how long the normal shipping time is for the cake dummies? TIA! 
It took about two weeks for me to get my order - all "usual" shapes, nothing outrageous. They make everything to order - they apparently do not warehouse even the most popular sizes - your order is "fresh out of the oven" just for you, so it does take a bit longer. My order was very good quality at a very great price even after shipping was added - well worth the wait.
The foam cutting equipment was broken a couple of weeks ago my order was about 7 days late.
I am sure you will receive yours soon.
I emailed them yesterday too, as I too am waiting on a shipment, ordered about 2 weeks ago - and I live an hour away!

Did you get a call from a customer about 3D Elmo?
Gosh, all of my orders have all arrived within 3-4 days. My last order, I had a piece missing and of course it was the piece I needed for the wedding that weekend! I called them and the lady who answered (Stephanie?) was incredible! I only gave her my first name (no acct number or anything) and she ask me "Is this Debi XXXX?" I told her I was impressed .... how did she know? She said, "Oh I just remembered you from last week!" (How terrible that she remembers me and I'm not sure of her first name! 
)
Anyway .... I told her about the omission and told her I would be more than happy to pay the difference between ground and overnight delivery because I HAD to have that piece the next day. (As a previous warehouse manager, I understand that ground freight is part of the price but premium freight is 'above and beyond'.) Bottom line they overnighted me the one piece I needed in time for the wedding, at no add'l charge to me.
I have nothing but good things to say about that company.
I just ordered mine last Friday from them and I just got them today. I thought that was fast. They told me 3-5 business before shipping 1 day for shipping. I live in South Texas. Great Service!
