I just found this creamer at the store yesterday and had to pick it up. It sounds soooooo good. I was wondering if anyone else has used this in their cakes yet? Also, I was wondering what kind of filling (non-refrigerated) and icing would be good. Thanks everyone........
I used it for cake balls , it was my first time making them. I wasnt thrilled but my kids loved them.
I don't like the coffee creamer in cake. I can't seem to get it right. If I just replace the fat with it, then I can't taste it... If I replace all the liquid, it won't bake up.
I purchased today a bottle of coffee syrup carmel flavor. I am wondering if this will work in place of vanilla?? Have you tried this?
Have you tried any of the other creamers?
I recently tried hersheys chocolate caramel with dark choc fudge cake mix wonderful ![]()
i use the creamer as a 50/50 mix with water it baked up good. and I have used the surup too ti was good to work with also
I tried the praline's and cream liquid creamer by International Delights in my buttercream and it was YUMMY! BTW, I use half shortening and half butter.
I also bought the choc. rasberry one after reading about it on this site, but when I smelled it, I almost threw up. I sure some like it, but I am pregnant and it did not hit the spot for me.
yes use it as a replacement i use half creamer half water so it not so heavy in cake but use as stright replacement in buttercream
