I just found this creamer at the store yesterday and had to pick it up. It sounds soooooo good. I was wondering if anyone else has used this in their cakes yet? Also, I was wondering what kind of filling (non-refrigerated) and icing would be good. Thanks everyone........

I used it in white cake mix batter and iced the cake in chocolate. Everyone loved it! I think next time I will try filling it with some Nutella.

Hi I am new to Cake Central, I have used juice & coffee in cake. I never even thought about using creamer, thank you for the wonderful idea. I love it.

I don't like the coffee creamer in cake. I can't seem to get it right. If I just replace the fat with it, then I can't taste it... If I replace all the liquid, it won't bake up.

I purchased today a bottle of coffee syrup carmel flavor. I am wondering if this will work in place of vanilla?? Have you tried this?

So the correct way to do it is to replace it as the milk or water in the recipe? I've never tried it...I'm not sure is you just add it or substitute it?

I tried the praline's and cream liquid creamer by International Delights in my buttercream and it was YUMMY! BTW, I use half shortening and half butter.

I also bought the choc. rasberry one after reading about it on this site, but when I smelled it, I almost threw up. I sure some like it, but I am pregnant and it did not hit the spot for me.
