You can apply luster dust 2 ways: dry or wet. To apply dry, use a soft natural sable brush. To use wet, make it paint consistency by mixing it with vodka or extract.
When used dry, it can come off when touched. To prevent this, I steam the item then let it dry for a few minutes (no touching). That will set the luster dust.
