After reviewing some of the BC recipes on this site, I thought that I would try to attempt making my own icon_smile.gif

My recipe actually didn't turn out to bad, except that it's a little sweeter than i'd like (and family and friends would like also). So, i'm wondering how do I cut back on the sweetness?

I don't want to add anymore liquid as it's the perfect thickness for me.

Suggestions . . . thumbs_up.gif

I love the bc dream recipe from the recipe section, it uses half salted butter and half unsalted.
