How do you use these? I have been seeing these on the bakery supply sites and wonder how they work. icon_biggrin.gif

jelly roll pan or even cookie sheet.

place on pan/sheet

fill

I imagine they would work well with an English style fruitcake, but can't imagine baking with our lighter batters. I would think it would ooze out of the bottom of the form before it had chance to bake and hold it's shape.
