I was looking through the book Pretty Party Cakes by Peggy Porschen and it looks like she uses a very fine edible glitter. It looks like real glitter, not the edible glitter I'm used to seeing (kind of big flakes of glitter). Does anyone know where I can find this type of glitter? Thanks!
Or pixie dust from ECG: http://www.europeancakegallery.us/pixiedust.html
Without seeing the picture...it could be the Star Glitter...I get it from Pfeil & Holing but I'm sure you can get it other places...
Thanks so much! The pixie/disco dust is exactly what I am looking for! Can't wait to use it!
OK, I've been looking at this stuff on several different sites now and it looks like it's not classified as edible in the US, just non toxic. However it is considered edible in Europe. Should I use this stuff on things that are meant to be consumed?
i buy from them also. i recieve it the next day (in state for me) by priority mail for $5 to ship up to 30 or so containers. but seriously, they are fast. they'll ship the same day they take your order.
rainbow pixie dust. the airbrush kind is a finer glitter, about a dollar or so more per container.

I like their containers too. They're a lot easier to open with the screw-top than some brands.
