What thickness should I roll the cookie dough for wedding cookie favors? I am going to try alot of new ideas this weekend with cookies. I will post the pictures if I am successful and not I will be right back here asking for advice. This is my first attempt.

I roll my cookie dough to about 1/4 inch thick. I use two dowel rods as guides so that the cookies are the same thickness.
