Allergies/ Ingredient List

I was reading over some old post about various allergies and was wondering if you all post the ingredient list on your orders. There are some new laws out there that the retail bakery have recently needed to change to. I was wondering how it applied to us. Any thoughts? It could get pertty complicated for the ammount of variety we would be doing.

I have a nut free lady but it is a legumes allergy. It differes from individual to individual. I have had several nut allergy and citrus allergy and they are more allergic to certain things than others.

Most people that have allergies would probably ask if you use a certain ingredient. I think that most retail items that are packaged are required to have ingredient labels on them.
