I finally tried the White Choc. Raspberry coffee creamer in a batch of Buttercream and.....OMG...it's wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend it!
I was just sorry that I didn't get to eat the Cake!

I think I'll make a choc. fudge cake tomorrow with it for the family!

HAPPY BAKING!

Quite unfairly, I believe, we don't get this flavour in Canada.

However, I was down in NY recently and when I saw it, I bought three bottles to bring home! I have yet to try it in icing or cakes, though, but I've already gone through one bottle in my coffee! It's extremely yummy! I hope they bring it here soon as I, for one, would be buying it regularly!

I don't think I've ever seen that. What brand is it? Did you just replace all other liquid? Please give us more details!

It's made by International Delights! You can find in the fridge section near the milk.

The International Delight White Choc. Rasberry flavoring is awesome! I bought it today and replaced the water in the mix with it and the used it for the milk in the bc frosting that is half cream cheese and half butter.
The container says it's a limited edition. Wonder how long it's on the shelf?

I bought a bunch because they had a sale at the grocery store near me called Bloom. I just put them in the freezer.

Had no idea it could be frozen. Did you get it at Bloom today? I'll have to watch for a sale and buy a bunch.

No it's been a while. When they first started to post on here about how good that flavor was! The sale was like 3 bottles for 5.00 or something like that! Go to the store and check it out. It wasn't something that was advertised in their flier..

So...does it freeze well? I never thought of that, but I would love to stock up on it!
I'm gonna try the Chocolate Carmel tomorrow....I can't wait! It's a little darker though, so I'm sure my icing will be more of a tan color.

Email International Delights and they will tell you who to email in your area that may carry it.

Someone on here who actually thought up the idea froze a little and said that it didn't not change the consistency nor the flavor.
