I had a friend ask me if I could make a spice cake. I never had even heard of one. Does anyone have a recipe for this kind of cake. Thanks

I use the Dunkin Hines butter pecan mix and add clove to it along with some cinnamon to taste. It was a big hit at a party my mom held.

Check before you make it. A Spice cake in Britain is actually a heavy fruit cake flavoured with cinnamon, nutmeg and mixed spice. If they want a british spice cake let me know and I'll supply you with a recipe
