I am new to cake decorating. I have never taken classes so I would like to know how to build a tier cake. I have tried but keep breaking the cake.
I can't get it off the cake board or off the turntable. Please help.

Each one of the tiers is supposed to be on a cake board. If you're having trouble moving your cake onto the cake boards w/o them cracking, try freezing the cakes over night so they will be solid when you transfer them onto the boards.
