I like using the cake drum for my cakes because they are so strong and it's so much easier to transport the cakes in, but they are very hard to find locally (Miami, Fl.). Does anyone have a site where they can be purchased??
thank you in advance

Just do a google search for cake drums and you will find tons of sites that have them. There were too many for me to list here. HTH

It is a very sturdy cake board that is about 1/2" thick, usually covered with silver or gold foil.
