Every time I dip strawberries, they "weep" within 24 hours. By weeping I mean that strawberry juice seeps out, causing a sticky mess.

Any tips to fix this? I tried double-dipping, but that didn't seem to work.

I have this same thing happen to me. Its quite a pain when you want to do these ahead of time and can't b/c they leak...We have just resorted to making them the day we need them. Do you refridgerate yours once you have made them?....I wonder if that has anything to do with it...or maybe they need to be room temp before ya dip them...not sure...definitly want to see if anyone has a solution to this.

I never had this, I have to say that after dipping them in the chocolate I leave them in the fridge. Also make sure that the strawberries are without soft spots (then they are already overripe).

Good luck!

I have had this happen when I use real chocolate but not when I dipped them in Sarah Bernhardt chocolate glaze.
