I am new on here and I have been moving from screen to screen trying to take it all in at once and I am just astounded at the work that I am seeing on here! Everyone is so helpful and friendly towards one another! I really don't have anything useful to add at the moment as I am just entering the world of "Edible Art". Everyone on here is an inspiration and I want everyone to know that I am greatly appreciative to be part of this site...if this sounds like sucking up, oh well...I am just very excited and want everyone to know! Please keep up all the good work!!

Welcome to a world you NEVER want to leave. I am so addicted to this site I'm on in the morning, at night, and whenever I have a "few extra minutes" during the day!! It's so much fun to see the new cakes uploaded DAILY and if you haven't noticed, there are over 50,000 cake pictures in here!!! OH MY!!

Plus, if you ever have a question, you will get at least 10 answers-usually different, so you can take your pick and if you need something drawn because you can't quite figure out how to do it, Doug is right there with a complete sketch-this place is WAY too cool!!!

Welcome to a great addiction, it has no calories, and in no way is bad for your health! Talk about a great addiction to have! I'm on here every chance I get, and it seems like I'm only on "for a minute" and and hour has passed! I've learned so much since joining- I hope you have a great time!

Welcome! I, too am a newbie.. I have been decorating since my first wilton class at the end of May.. I have only made less than 8 cakes TOTAL. I am trying to get more practice. I have done two this week.. so that helps! Just practice and read ALOT on CC... Good luck and again.. Welcome!!!
