Is There Such A Thing As Chocolate Fondant?

Just wondering if there is chocolate fondant? I have never heard of it, but there has to be a recipe somewhere, you can make just about anyting into chocolate icon_wink.gif

sure there is. I've made chocolate MMF (marshmallow fondant) before. I just replaced some of the powdered sugar with cocoa powder and it is really delicious! mmmm mmmm mmmmm. icon_smile.gif

Satin Ice also makes a nice one. It is Yummy.

I did this same thing....it turned out really good!! ....I liked that I had control over "how chocolatey" it was thumbs_up.gif

I too have made the chocolate mmf. I just add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the regular recipe before I add the powdered sugar. It tastes great!

there is a recipe for white chocolate sugar paste on this website but i don't know how to send the link...i used it and it is great icon_smile.gif
