I have seen those cakes decorated with feathers made out of wafer paper..does anyone know how to do that ? I always thought you cannot bend wafer paper, otherwise they will break.. how do you do that ?

thanks everyone

I'm not any help, But I've seen what you are talking about and would love to know as well. Here's a bump.

if you have an airbrush or can spray on colour that will help, cut your feather shapes from the wafer paper and cut the sides to make it look feathery, spray on your colours then gently hold over steam and the paper will start to bend and curl, but only just a very little as it will dissolve if you do it too much.
