That's the first cake I ever made. It came out o.k. I guess. It's in my photos but there are tons more on here that make mine look like chicken stratch, so you might wanna check them out too. Good Luck!

Try doing a search for strawberries then click on photo gallery in the returned results list. I did that and came up with all kinds of pictures.

Here is one that Father in Law loved...the cake is german chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate BC icing...pirouettes around the outside and chocolate dipped strawberries to accent.

Mine is not fancy, but it's a great dessert cake. Chocolate buttercream, chocolate cake, chocolate rum mousse filling.

lcottington the cake is beautiful really fancy. don't think i could attempt that one just yet though.

rezzycakes it is just what i imagined simple but very chocolatey. I may do something liek that only in a round pan.

I need a good nice and moist and dense chocolate cake recipe. it is for a chocolate lover? anyone has any they would liek to share?
