Lime?

how would you make Lime colored icing? Like a bright neon lime to go with neon yellow.

Wilton's Strawberry Shortcake Lime color works well.
I've also used Lemon yellow and Leaf Green. Wilton's color chart says 9 parts lemon yellow to 1 part leaf green for a Chartreuse color. I'm not sure how much I used, I just kept adding green until it looked right.

I would try adding a tiny bit of blue to the yellow.

betty crocker has neon gel colors in tubes....green, pink, purple, and orange. you could try those.

A little leaf green with a lot of lemon yellow added to it.
