What are your thoughts on this...

I am needing to do a cake with the Oklahoma State (OU) logo on it. It is a weird red color. Not red red, but not burgandy or maroon. Hmmm?

Maybe red with a touch of black?

I am ataching a link to the school's website so you can see the color I am trying to get.

Thanks!

It's like a brick red.. red with a touch of brown and maybe some orange, but grab a color wheel at an art supply store (or even Michael's or Hobby Lobby should have on in their painting asile).. that will help you know what colors to mix. icon_biggrin.gif

Yep, I would say a red with some black. Just add a little black at a time.

Thanks. You're right, it's like a brick red. I couldn't even begin to describe it, but that's perfect.

I will try it!
