I promised to post it once I got pictures of it. I've all the CC members to thank for inspiration and encouragement!! Thank you to those who let me pick your brain!! However, I'm upset that I forgot to take pictures of the groom's cake I did for my son in law. I'll have to wait for the photographer's or some sweet relative or friend who took a pic to give me one. I loved doing these cakes! It is just so special when it's for your own daughter!

Congratulations to the new bride and groom.....may they have many happy years ahead.
Congratulations also to the Mother of the Bride, the cake artist extraordinaire, who with all the normal stresses of a wedding, still found her creative talents to produce such a lovely piece of artistry....well done!!!
I have one married daughter, and FOUR more to go!!!!! Wish me luck....

WOW! The blue is absolutely beautiful with the blossoms! This cake looks so unique because of it!

It's a very beautiful cake! I'm very impressed that you were even able to tackle the cake with all that goes into a daughter's wedding. You did a wonderful job. The design and execution are awesome. Well done!!!!!!!!!!

What a beautiful job you did! Even though I did not bake my daughter's cake (done by caterer), I was the one to decorate it, and I agree with you, what a wonderful feeling that is to be able to do! Congrats to all!
