I saw a design like this on a wedding site. It was green plain with pink and white flowers. Thought I'd give it a try with a twist and make it in black and white. What do you think?
P.S. The repairman comes tomorrow, yippieeee!!!

This cake is absolutely to die for. The daisies turned out so well! It's almost to perfect to cut into slices! The shading is awesome! thumbs_up.gif

I am new to cake decorating, sorry if it sounds silly but what is the technique to make the plaid? I loved the effect.

No question is a silly question on this site! The plaid was brushed on with a paint brush and coal black color paste mixed with a little water. Really easy. I practiced it a bit on a scrap of fondant before I did it.

Thank you, all, for your coments!
